Held Friday, September 20, 2024, through Sunday, September 22, 2024, The Plaza Art Fair encompasses nine city blocks and welcomes a crowd of over 250,000. Featuring 240 artists, the Plaza Art Fair is a top-ranked, national art event with three live music stages and over 25 featured restaurant booths. It continues to be a weekend of people simply celebrating art and each other and Kansas City’s unofficial welcome to the fall season.

Country Club Plaza to Host 93rd Annual Plaza Art Fair

The annual art fair held in the historic open-air shopping center will take place Friday, September 20th through Sunday, September 22nd.

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI - (August 13, 2024) – The Plaza Art Fair will return to Kansas City from Friday, September 20 to Sunday, September 22, 2024, marking its 93rd year of celebrating art, food, culture, and music in the historic Country Club Plaza shopping center. As new owners of Country Club Plaza, HP Village Management is excited to welcome the talented artists, entertainers, and restaurants that will be part of this beloved community event.

Washburne, President of HP Village Management. “For more than 90 years, this beloved art festival has brought locals and visitors alike together to celebrate exceptional artists from across the country alongside great music, cuisine and community partners.”

The Plaza Art Fair will span nine city blocks, attracting more than 250,000 locals and visitors alike. With 240 artists participating, the Plaza Art Fair is a nationally acclaimed event, offering three live music stages and exclusive menus from over 20 participating Country Club Plaza restaurants.

As the presenting sponsor for the ninth year in a row, Saint Luke’s Health System eagerly anticipates the joy and enrichment this event brings to the community. This year, Saint Luke’s celebrates their “Fountain of Health” theme that will feature Spanish-inspired décor, live activations, a dedicated Baby Lounge and more.

The 93rd Plaza Art Fair is open to the public and free to attend. It will take place in rain or shine on Friday, September 20th from 5 PM to 10 PM, Saturday, September 21st from 10 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, September 22nd from 11 AM to 5 PM.
